Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to promote employee engagement + drive brand initiatives
  • Guide management through organizational development and change management initiatives including organization design, evolution, development, restructuring, etc
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse array of titles/departments (Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, Accounting/Finance, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding & orientation of all new hires
  • Provide a framework for Performance Appraisals, Succession Planning + provide support to the group as needed
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to promote employee engagement + drive brand initiatives
  • Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that new recruits integrate effectively into the organization.
  • Support the year-end compensation review to ensure consistent and fair decisions are made in regards to promotion, bonus and salary increase; provide training and counseling on the annual performance management process.
  • Oversee administrative HR responsibilities including: Payroll, Benefit Enrollment projects as assigned
  • Provide coaching to all areas of the organization regarding compensation strategy, levels and market data.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of HR Generalist experience: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance, Benefits, etc.
  • Proven track record as a successful HR Business Partner to executive leadership
  • Experience in BEAUTY, LUXURY FASHION AND/OR RETAIL is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional relationship building/interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with HRIS software, metrics & various reporting/tracking systems
  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs
  • Desire to be in an entrepreneurial, innovative, and growing corporate culture
  • Knowledge of legal/regulatory guidelines + changes specific to Labor Law + Best Practices

Senior Manager – Product Development

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire development process from concept to execution
  • Manage the entire PD lifecycle from concept to to launch -- with precision detail regarding shade development, quality, compliance, timelines, assets, and delivarables
  • Act as a primary point of contact in close partnership with top external partners to define “global brand targets” and educate the cross-functional teams
  • Employ the latest trends, methodologies and practices to reshape the way the brand approaches new product ideation and marketing innovation
  • Work closely with labs to manage/monitor the R+D -- providing prompt feedback on formulation
  • Manage the product lifecycle including launch, maintenance and enhancements
  • Manage all documentation relation to the PD process including: Raw Materials Library, Competitive Data, Trends, Ingredients, and "Brand Stories"

Qualifications

  • 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Cosmetic/Beauty Product Development
  • Must have a provent track record of breakthrough brand innovation/concepts
  • Experience specific to Prestige/Luxury brand development is a plus
  • Expertise managing a select roster of external partners/vendors (and seeking out new sources)
  • Recent experience in make-up, skin care or fragrance is strongly preferred
  • A palpable passion for beauty with your finger on the pulse of trends in pop culture, fashion + color
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting is a major plus!

Creative Director – Global Beauty Brand

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-platform creative ideation sessions that include cross-functional team insight to ensure constant evolution
  • Responsible for the development of strong design concepts that are in line with brand messaging and specific programs
  • Maintain and enhance Digital Assets (site content, social channels, email campaigns, video integration, animation) using an array of existing offline creative resources
  • Lead the design of all packaging, print advertising, marketing collateral, educational materials, and direct mail pieces used for global distribution
  • Develops and actively participates in producing all Brand websites, e-commerce sites + portals and partner sites (websites, online retailers, online advertisers)
  • Clearly articulates design goals and messages to all active stakeholders – ensuring integration of design requirements into every aspect of production
  • Lead the development of an assortment of Sales Support materials – as well as in-store merchandising elements
  • Manage all external Agency and Vendor relationships to ensure continuity and adherence to creative

Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive creative experience across multiple mediums/platforms (3 yrs of current/recent exp as an ACD or CD – Agency + In-House welcome!)
  • Must have a very strong digital portfolio (website, e-commerce, social, video, etc.)
  • Experience managing a small team of designers
  • Be able to flourish in an agile, fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
