Responsibilities

  • Manage a diversified portfolio of projects such as improvement of UI/UX, navigation and path to purchase, multi-channel initiatives and onsite personalization
  • Oversee day to day site management, trouble-shoot site issues affecting browsing or buying experience
  • Manage website development by external agency
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT and operations teams to executive marketing and achieve e-commerce growth
  • Follow industry e-commerce news, tools and best practices, share findings with leadership and incorporate into three-year plan
  • Continuously assess and provide insight into key opportunities, weaknesses and threats
  • Manage team of three customer care associates. Ensure development and execution of best-in-class service

Qualifications

  • 5 years of progressive experience in an eCommerce leadership role (Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Beauty are preferred)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs - especially Excel
  • Experience with payment gateways; E-commerce business platforms and inventory
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus
  • Ability to think strategically and incorporate the latest tools and best practices

  • Leader in strategic program planning and development for clients based on emerging pop culture trends
  • Ability to command a room as a dynamic public speaker with strategic credibility
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills: demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and writing skills: ability to articulate the Agency's mission, program objectives, exposure opportunities and/or resource needs persuasively to sponsors and corporate partners

Assistant Manager, Public Relations + Influencer Marketing (Beauty)

Responsibilities

  • Establish + maintain strong relationships with press + influencers to ensure content + assets are distributed/received in a timely manner
  • Cultivate + manage key beauty industry influencer relationships
  • Partner closely with internal digital teams to create a powerful "engagement strategy" for all new product launches and support ongoing brand storytelling
  • Contribute to innovative social messaging and strategies that remain "on brand" and achieve objectives
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, media alerts, and digital press kits that will be powerful brand storytelling tools for today's tech-savvy journalist
  • Coordinate the Talent & Licensor relations through the use of Brand Ambassadors for events, photo shoots, and appearances with heavy focus on broadcast + digital

Qualifications

  • A clear understanding of the influencer landscape in BEAUTY (along with existing contacts)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus
  • Ability to effectively manage external agencies
